We keep our process straightforward so you know exactly what to expect. Whether you’re stocking up for the season or sharing a steer with friends or family, we’ve got you covered—from pasture to plate.
Four Easy Steps to Get Your Beef
Step 1: Choose Your Package
Select the beef package that’s right for you. We offer Whole, Half, and Quarter steer options, as well as our Cornerstone Crate—a sampler for those wanting a smaller quantity. When you order a Half or Quarter steer, we’ll send you a FREE freezer to store your beef safely at home (freezers are also available for purchase separately if needed).
Step 2: We Process Your Order
Once your order is placed, we schedule your steer for custom butchering. Every cut is hand-prepared by our trusted local butcher to ensure maximum freshness, marbling, and flavor. This process takes approximately 3–4 weeks, as we prioritize quality over speed.
Step 3: We Package and Ship Your Beef
Your beef is flash-frozen and packed into insulated boxes with care. Then we ship it straight to your doorstep, anywhere in the continental U.S. We use reliable, fast carriers so your beef stays frozen and arrives in peak condition.
Step 4: Fill Your Freezer and Enjoy!
Your beef arrives ready to enjoy. Unpack your box, load up your freezer, and start cooking with confidence, knowing your meat is 100% hormone-free, grass-fed and/or naturally grain-finished, prime-graded, and raised with respect.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to receive my order?
Approximately 3–4 weeks from the time you place your order. This allows time for proper aging, cutting, and packaging to ensure top quality.
Do you include a freezer?
Yes! When you order a Half or Quarter steer, we include a free freezer with your delivery. It’s our way of making sure you're fully set up to store and enjoy your beef. Freezers are also available to purchase on their own if needed.
Is your beef hormone-free, GMO-free, and organic?
Yes. Our cattle are raised without hormones or antibiotics, and they’re either grass-fed or naturally grain-finished. They always have access to fresh water and pasture—not confined in dirt feedlots like in most grocery store supply chains.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Brenham, Texas, where Noah—our founder—was born and raised, and where we continue to run our ranch today.

We ship nationwide within the continental United States.
How is the beef packaged?
Your beef is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen, then shipped in insulated boxes to ensure it stays frozen from our ranch to your door.
What’s included in a Quarter or Half steer?
Each package includes a curated mix of premium steaks, roasts, ground beef, ribs, and other cuts—perfect for restaurants, butcher shops, and families who cook at home often or want to avoid frequent grocery trips.
Can I customize my cuts?
We offer some flexibility with Half and Whole steers. Once your order is placed, we’ll walk you through options and preferences. Feel free to contact us with your preferences.
How long will this meat last?
With our vacuum-sealed quality beef, you can expect the meat to last 2-3 years, giving you time to enjoy your prime-quality beef.
Do you sell Wagyu beef?
All of our beef is 100% American Wagyu, pasture-raised from deep in the heart of Texas.
