At Cornerstone Cattle, we believe that great beef starts with great care—from the pasture to your plate. Our ranch is owned and operated by Noah, a young entrepreneur and cattleman who grew up on the same land where his herd still grazes today, just outside Brenham, Texas. His hands-on approach to ranching ensures that every animal is treated with respect, raised in a low-stress environment, and nourished to bring out the best in both flavor and quality.

We specialize in pasture-raised, hormone and GMO-free beef that meets the highest standards in the industry. All of our cattle are grass-fed or fed a natural grain ration, which adds depth to the flavor without compromising nutritional integrity. Our commitment to natural marbling sets us apart—we finish our cattle at 130 days instead of the standard 90, which allows for richer intramuscular fat development and results in consistently prime-grade beef. That means every cut you receive is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.

Unlike industrial feedlots that crowd cattle into dirt pens, our animals roam open pastures year-round with constant access to fresh grass and clean water. We never confine our herd to dry lots, and we never take shortcuts. This ranch-to-table philosophy is about more than just superior meat—it’s about animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and a deep respect for the land and livestock.

Meet Noah – Rancher & Founder of Cattlestone Cattle

Noah is the independent owner of Cornertone Cattle. Raised in Brenham, Texas, Noah grew up with a deep respect for cattle, land, and the honest work that ties them together. From a young age, he learned the ropes of ranching firsthand—feeding, tending, and understanding each animal as an individual, not just a number.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Noah studied agricultural practices and business management, combining formal education with generations of ranching wisdom passed down through his family. After college, he returned home to continue raising cattle on the same land where he was raised—committed to preserving and improving the legacy he inherited.

Noah is passionate about producing exceptional beef the right way: pasture-raised, hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and finished on a carefully managed diet that enhances marbling and flavor. He finishes his cattle at 130 days—well above the industry standard—to ensure every cut reaches prime-grade quality.

Today, Noah remains involved in every aspect of the ranch. He knows each steer by sight and leads with a hands-on approach rooted in care, integrity, and sustainability. His goal is simple: to raise cattle with respect and deliver beef you can truly trust.
